Submit a dispute

If you have applied for credit and you gave your lender permission to use your data in the credit decisioning process by logging into your bank account through Edge, you can request to view the information shared with the lender with our consumer request form. If you find inaccurate information in that report that was used to make a credit decision, you submit a dispute through our secure portal here or by mail to:

         Your dispute must be in writing and include all of the following:

  • Your full name, SSN, address, email, phone number, and the lender you connected to Edge through.
  • Your Edge report reference number, found in the header of your consumer report.
  • A description of the specific information that is inaccurate.
  • Supporting documentation of why the information is inaccurate, pulled directly from your financial institution (e.g. downloaded bank statements).
